⚙️ How to use:

1. Get Notion (this template works on both Free and Premium accounts).*

2. Duplicate the template.

3. Generate a new template from one of the 4 categories.

4. Move it to the desired destination page.

5. Share with your co-workers.

6. The managee completes the template before each 1:1 and you use it as a base to guide the discussion to the desired goal.
